What we do
Story Arts Inc. provides storytelling concerts, student workshops, teacher training, and educational media resources in schools, universities, and community cultural centers throughout the United States.

Mission
Story Arts Inc. seeks to preserve and promote the ancient art of storytelling. It offers story arts programming for children and adults
• to enrich interpersonal communication
• to support literacy
• to contribute to positive social change.

Programs
The Story Arts in Education Program provides concert and workshop services in schools for over 30,000 students each year. The Story Arts web site http://www.storyarts.org offers a comprehensive guide for storytelling in education and hosts over 50,000 visitors each month. Story Arts provides innovative curriculum development on the art and educational applications of storytelling.

Director
Heather Forest, Ph.D., founder and executive director of Story Arts Inc. is an award winning author, storyteller and recording artist.
